Job Description
Mani Imports is a Specialty Food and Wine Importer and Distributor located in Sacramento, CA. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated, Mani Imports is an ideal place to get ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal
- Make outbound calls to sell company products
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience, at least three years as a sales representative in the foodservice industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong customer service and rapport with clients
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Able to travel frequently as required of the job
