Mandel Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Front Desk Attendant/Concierge at Park Lafayette, a downtown, high-rise apartment community in Milwaukee, WI, overlooking Lake Michigan.

This position of Concierge requires an individual willing to provide the most personalized, caring, creative and customized resident services to our apartment residents. The concierge is expected to deliver a superior level of customer service, offering amenities consistent with “five star” hospitality. This includes package acceptance, tracking, organization, and delivery to resident's apartment doors, and offering solutions/recommendations for pet care, food options & dry-cleaning delivery and other similar services. As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for most residents, assisting them with communicating work orders and repairs to their apartment home to the Park Lafayette office afterhours. The Concierge must present a professional and pleasant attitude at all times while interacting with residents, their guests, prospective residents, vendors, delivery persons and other associates. Strong computer skills and both oral and written communication skills are preferred for this role as well.

Requirements:

• Hours Available to work part-time hours, preferably 2nd shift and on weekends, with some coverage when needed for 1st shift.
• Ability to lift a range of package sizes and different weights.
• Completion of a high school degree or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule to cover various shifts.
