As a **Tool and Die Maker**, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting, repairing, and maintaining the tools and dies used in our forging facility. Your precision work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our fastener and bolt production.
🔑 **Core Functions:**
- **Tool and Die Creation and Maintenance:**
- 🛠️ Manufacture and assemble intricate tooling, dies, and molds based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- 🔧 Repair and modify existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- 🔩 Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs and troubleshoot tooling issues.
- **Precision Machining:**
- 🪚 Operate a variety of precision machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to shape, cut, and finish tool components.
- 🔍 Use advanced measurement instruments to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance:**
- 🧪 Conduct thorough testing and inspections of newly created or repaired tooling to ensure they meet required specifications.
- 🔍 Continuously monitor the performance of tools and dies during production to identify and address any issues affecting quality or efficiency.
- **Documentation:**
- 📄 Maintain accurate records of all tooling designs, modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities.
