We are currently seeking a Domestic Freight Lead/Office Administrator to join our teamin Gothenburg, NE. In this position you will ship out orders that the warehouse pulls and arrange it’s shipping nationwide. This position will also include office administration, accounting, and general secretarial and reception duties.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Outbound/Inbound Domestic Freight- LTL
• Track Freight from customer’s inquiries
• Create Freight Claims for lost shipments
• Quote and provide freight costs for Salesmen and Customer Call Ins
• Answering multi-line phone with proper phone etiquette
• Assist with job scheduling
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with high volume outbound/inbound Domestic Freight – preferred
• Willingness to learn and ability to multi-task is essential
• QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Valid driver’s license
