Management Services is Hiring a Customer Service Professional Near Atens, GA

Behavioral Safety Products located in Athens, GA is looking to add a Customer Service Professional to our growing team. We have an unwavering commitment to the safety and humanity of patients’ lives. Our passion is to save patients’ lives while improving the quality of their environment. With a foundation of over forty-five years of field experience, we specialize in the design of exclusive ligature resistant products that are at the forefront of the behavioral industry to aid in suicide prevention. It is our goal to furnish our customers with quality products and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls
  • Responds to customer inquiries & emails
  • Sends out quotes to customers
  • Processes customer orders in CRM which produces packing information and is then sent to warehouse manager; communicates via email or phone as much as required to process and deliver every order accurately
  • Will be the first line of contact when it comes to troubleshooting product issues
  • Provides information to customers regarding the status of their order
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Professionalism - Displays courtesy and sensitivity and responds promptly to service requests. Identifies customer needs and explains services clearly. Handles difficult situations.
  • Complex Problem Solving - Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions consulting with management and team members as necessary.
  • Technical Learning - Picks up on technical things quickly. Can learn new skills and knowledge. Is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge and does well in technical courses and seminars. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Experience 2 years customer service experience; experience in an office setting working within a team.
  • Mathematical Skills –Applies concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office.
