Description

Stingray Pressure Pumping, LLC seeks a Field Engineer III for its office in Belmont, Ohio, who oversees field engineer I and field engineer II; can successfully set up job data, provide post-job reporting, track sand and chemicals accurately with no assistance; works with service supervisors and crew to coordinate and keep track of inventory; works with crew to efficiently run/test sand, chemicals, and fluids; completes post hydraulic fracturing reports; provides host company representative with engineering and technical support; develops more efficient hydraulic fracturing job tracking and professional reporting; participates in the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures; reviews job proposals to understand treatment specifications; assists crew and service supervisors with solutions to improve operational efficiency; answers any questions the customer may have about the job or software and provide advice through the use of industry application; provides effective communication regarding continuous improvement initiatives; works well with all parties to ensure a trouble-free environment; ensures adherence to company policies and procedures; recommends and assists the District Engineer with improvement opportunities and provides feedback on customer-related problems. Approximately 20-40% of the time is spent at oilfield pad locations, some within commuting distance of the primary worksite, but others outside of that area, including Ohio (Belmont, Monroe, Columbiana, Washington, Guernsey, Carroll, and Stark Counties); West Virginia (Taylor, Harrison, Wetzel, Ritchie, Gilmer, Marshall, Barbour, Tyler, and Ohio Counties); Pennsylvania (Butler, Westmoreland, Bradford, Indiana, Lycoming, Greene, Fayette, Washington, and Susquehanna Counties); and Oklahoma (Canadian, Blaine, Grady, Stephens, Garvin, Johnston, McClain, Kingfisher, and Pittsburg Counties).

Qualifications


Req. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, plus 24 months of experience in the oil and gas field; requires proficient knowledge of all hydraulic fracturing equipment, Lime operating systems, instrumentation, and reservoir evaluation; as well as competency with Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
