Malouf Companies is seeking a Software Engineer with experience performing forward-thinking third-party integrations using AWS. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with AWS, understand how to architect future-facing solutions, have experience with PHP/Laravel or analogous languages, and demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability.

This is a full-time position. General schedule is 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Code, test, debug, refactor, and document software components
• Contribute quality code to the existing codebase
• Collaborate with your team, internal clients, and external vendors to understand business needs
• Design systems to connect third parties to proprietary software
• Strive for excellence within the team and company culture

Qualifications, Skills, and Characteristics

• Skilled software or web development experience
• Skilled with PHP and Laravel
• Comfort and competence with AWS
• Experienced with object-oriented programming principles
• Experienced with relational databases
• Motivated to learn new skills and technologies
• Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively solve client needs
