Malone's Onsite Specialists are responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. Staffing Specialists recruit and screen applicants to determine skill and proper fit for our clients. This is both a fun and challenging position, allowing the Staffing Specialists to determine the best way to execute on tasks and to manage the customer relationship how they best see fit.   • Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM but hours can be flexible

The Responsibilities: 

• • Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication with the customer and by providing outstanding employee relations services to Malone employees onsite
  • Report KPIs to customer
  • Perform client new hire orientation 
    • Recruit, Interview, and Screen candidates for current and future job openings
    • Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
    • Verify past employment of candidates
    • Respond to employee and customer inquiries
    • Investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates
    • Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations

 The Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service is required
• Experience within the staffing industry is preferred but not required
• College degree preferred
• Experience with PeopleNet is a plus 
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel
• Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
