Malace|HR is Hiring a Maintenance Tech Near Ringwood, IL
Job Summary: Assist in the upkeep and repair of production equipment such as piping systems, pumps, control equipment and valves. Work in conjunction with the customer for daily production related assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
| Overhauling of equipment shop environment |
Repair/replace piping systems including demolition. |
In field replacement of valves, pumps, actuators and gear boxes |
Completion of forms required for equipment history. |
Annual Compliance Training & Continued Education |
General Housekeeping |
Analysis of failures |
Qualifications:
Education | High school diploma or equivalent |
Business Experience | At least 5 years' experience mechanical systems. |
Licenses/Certifications | Drivers' licenses |
Language Skills | Able to read and write English. |
Technical Qualifications & Skills | Ability to work from technical manual or blueprint. |
Ability to operate boom and scissor lift. Operate fork Truck | |
Able to use hand and powered tools safely. | |
Operate pipe threading machine. |
