It’s the only way to deliver the total reliability and digitaltransformation necessary in our constantly changing world. Position Summary:Position oversees and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the local InformationSecurity Management System Overall Responsibilities: Actively support the Regional ISO in regard to activities, reviews, and audits Implement, maintain, and assess the effectiveness ISMS and data privacy program within the local reporting unitPropose adequate adaptions in cooperation with the Regional ISO to fit local circumstances to the executive management of the legal entityDefine the basic criteria for the audit program and its activities within legal entity in cooperation with Regional ISO and ARC Define the appropriate time schedules for monitor, review, and audit activities within in cooperation with Regional ISO and ARCImplement business continuity processes within the local scope and facilities documentation of continuity plans and testingPrepare proposals in cooperation with Regional ISO to improve the local ISMS and bring them to the attention of the executive management during regular reports or whenever necessaryAlign with the data protection officer and support the privacy program as requiredEstablish and maintain a good contact to relevant authorities and public departmentsFulfill other tasks related to the position as requiredJob Requirements:BS degree, Business Administration, IT, or related fieldExperience in Information Security Systems, risk, compliance, or audit preferableExperience in aspects of contact center managementExperience in consulting field preferableSuperior written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent leadership and development skillsDemonstrated success managing new initiatives while meeting operating and budgetary requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office Physical Demands & Work Environment: While performing the duties of thisjob the employee requires mobility, the ability to distinguish letters, numbersand symbols as well as hand/eye coordination.
