We are a 16m per year business, with approximately 200 clients, and we typically grow 15-20% per year. We have a wonderful Accounting team that is highly effective. We simply need a leader who can elevate the team for the next level of scaling, carry critical elements, refine processes, build FP&A functionality, and serve the leadership team with guidance, reporting, and analysis.

Areas of responsibility:

• Join leadership team and support leaders with data, training, and analysis
• Carry FP&A functionality, owning forecasting process, monthly reporting analysis, and budgeting processes with leaders
• Work with the team to close the books, develop reports, and ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Develop processes and systems for efficiency and consistency for Accounting
• Lead the Accounting team and oversee all areas
• Help drive Mainstay’s profitability through keen insight into relevant numbers

Qualifications:

• Experience in SMB sector
• Strong technical competence (software, integrations, and technical familiarity)
• Strong accounting and FP&A experience
• Relevant education / certifications

Remote work:

We believe in Work-from-Anywhere AND in the value of in-person relationships. We request presence in the Manchester office at least 1 day per week, for meetings and relationships. Beyond that, work from home regularly, or from the office every day! We also have a satellite office in Laconia.
