Mainely Veterinary Dentistry LLC is looking to add a veterinary client service representative (CSR) to the team at our location in Windham, Maine. We opened in December and have seen a tremendous response and need to add to the team. We offer advanced, high quality veterinary dentistry for cats and dogs.
The ideal applicant is a team player with strong communication skills and work ethic – we like to work hard and go home on time. Applicant will ideally have 1 year of experience in the veterinary industry but training can be provided for the right candidate. While duties will be focused on client care and general office work, some restraint of animals and assisting may be required when needed. NO ON-CALL OR WEEKEND DUTIES!!! We are open Monday- Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

The CSR is an integral part of the team as the first person a client hears when they call and the last person they hear when they leave. The goal of a CSR is to make the client’s experience as smooth, stress-free, and friendly as possible. This level of service requires attention to detail, kindness, compassion, knowledge of our policies and processes, and efficient computer and telephone skills.
