Summary: The Inventory control personnel’s goal is to provide Magnum’s customers with service that meets or exceeds our customer’s requirements. The Inventory control personnel are responsible for counting the on-hand inventory held in our warehouse as well as provide KPI’s to show health of Inventory. Must be detailed oriented and possess disciplined problem-solving techniques. The Inventory control personnel must communicate with the Inventory manager and warehouse supervisors on the findings produced from daily audit to understand the needs and monitor satisfaction of our services. This position requires good listening skills and must be a team player. Complying with safety regulations and representing Magnum in a professional manner at all times.

Hours: M-F 6:00AM -2:30PM
Pay: $19.00 DOE

Job Requirements: Submit pre-employment drug screening sample, and be subject to Magnum’s on-going random drug screen procedures. Occasionally warehouse employees will wear PPE safety equipment as required. Attend and participate in hazmat, safety and quality improvement training.

Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job--reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The cycle counter must have the ability to alternate walking, standing for extended periods of time, sitting, climbing, bending, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and carry or lift up to 50 lbs occasionally 100 lbs above chest level. While performing the job, this position will have frequent clerical duties that include: walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and will have to occasionally use the hands and fingers to lift, feel, and reach.
Education/ Training: A.A. degree with 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred. A willingness to take part in continuing education through professional organizations.
