Position Overview

Join our next onsite training class in our Salt Lake City office on May 7th from 8AM to 5PM for up to 6 weeks. Post-training we will send you home with company issued computer equipment for a remote work setup.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails on a continual basis to support our dealer customer base with a focus on quality
  • Receive on the job training to follow established guidelines while entering custom window treatment orders in SAP and Salesforce and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide excellent follow up and customer experience by resolving all service requests timely and completely.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and team members using Google and Microsoft office tools, both in verbal and written form while maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers, management and team members.
  • Robust onsite initial training program with continuous onsite training in the future for increased pay opportunities
  • Ability to work from home post-training in the comfort of your own home, all equipment provided by the company
  • 2 weeks of personal leave time (sick and vacation combined) in your first year of employment with increased time off with tenure
  • 9 annual paid holidays
  • $500 equivalent sign on bonus
  • $200 home office set up allowance
  • $50 internet reimbursement, per month post training
  • $17.00 per hour starting pay rate which includes level 2 training premium

Who you are

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1-2 years of customer support call center experience in a fast-paced product, retail, sales, or related environment required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Google email, MS Office or other similar Windows based programs required.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment where communication flows freely at all levels and the customer experience is always our priority.
