Job description

Magnolia Gardens is looking for a full time Memory Care Director to join the family. This applicant must be extraordinary at caring for residents, maintain experience and the will to learn to become part of a team that’s desire is to lead the industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the day to day operations of a Long Term Care Community, the ability to develop and maintain written policies and procedures, and professional standards of practice that govern the operation of the community.

We pride ourselves in providing the best senior care in the Cottage Grove area.

We are committed to providing a supportive place to work by investing significant time and resources in training programs to help our staff succeed and excel.

Seeking someone who can multitask with a smile on their face.

Facility administrators must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 2 years management experience in the last 5 years. Must also complete 40-hour classroom administrator training (or 20 hours continuing education) and hold a valid license and must be able to pass a criminal background check
