Magnolia ADHC in El Cajon, CA is looking for a Director of Nursing department to join our strong team. Strong organizational skills, computer literacy and ability to work in a fast pace environment are a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and direction of the nursing staff (total of about 8 nursing staff members).
• Updating and Implementing Nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintenance and audit of all nursing documentation and inventory.
• Initial and continuing assessment of each participant in the program.
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Schedule: M-F, 8:30-3:00 (some flexibility in schedule can be discussed with the right candidate)

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Self Started
• Must be comfortable navigating a variety of computer systems (word, excel, email).
