Job Purpose:The Insurance Customer Service and Sales Support Representative has the primary role including, but not limited to 1) trouble-shooting and problem-solving client issues, 2) retaining the business of the Agency, and 3) supporting the sales function of the Agency. Essential Functions:• Taking claims.• Handling client billing and payment questions, as well as other related issues.• Following up on clients' concerns.• Scheduling appointments. • Getting referrals from existing customers.• Completing client profile information.• Answering phones and routing calls appropriately.• Processing payments.Skills and Abilities:• Integrity• Ability to Learn• Organizational Skills• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written• Problem Solving• Basic Math• Computer and Software SkillsSales experience preferred
