A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are on the front line of our company! You arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures that their needs are met.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, respond to inquiries, and perform data entry. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Phone skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Any experience in the HVAC or home services industry would be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person on the industry-specific aspects of this job.
