Maesa is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This individual is passionate about talent and will provide support to all areas of Human Resources including onboarding, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition and talent management. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, eager to learn, a team player, and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment. Pay Range: Pay Range: $60,000/yr - 70,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. 

Job Description

  • Serve as a point of contact for all general Human Resources, benefits and payroll related inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate and act as a primary contact in the onboarding process, which includes managing the new hire calendar, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, and conducting New Hire Orientation
  • Maintain organizational charts, Employee Handbook, new hire packets, HR process documentation and other HR documents as needed
  • Support benefits administration and billing, the leave of absence process, and manage the time and attendance system
  • Assist in the payroll process, which include entering and updating employee information in the system and reviewing timesheets for accuracy
  • Support the exit process for all departing employees and assist in conducting exit interviews
  • Assist in resume screening, schedule interviews and provide high-touch candidate experience
  • Participate in and provide ongoing support to HR strategic initiatives and special projects based on the needs of the team and business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 – 2 years of Human Resources or related experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
