We are looking for a motivated Proposal Coordinator to join our team!

DUTIES & RESPONISBILITIES

• Lead proposal effort on RFP, RFQ, and similar proposals.
• Assist with the providing resumes and/or project information for teaming efforts.
• Interface with project managers, other team members, and subconsultants to gather proposal document data.
• Create qualifications packages meeting RFP requirements, quality standards and overall strategy using input from project manager, key team members, and subconsultants.
• Schedule proposal milestones including issue and review dates, kickoff meetings, and due dates.
• Synthesize proposal materials into final client ready package.
• Create qualifications packages for continuing services solicitations with minimal external input.
• Research and create project descriptions and individual resume from information in shared files.
• Reviewing proposals for content quality and consistency with company standards.
• Lead production effort such as desktop publishing formatting, light editing, printing, copying, tab covers, producing bingers, and electronic media.
• Arrange for the on-time delivery of proposals to the client.
• Manage solicitation and proposal data on shared spreadsheet.
• Maintain shared database of individual resumes, headshots, and licenses.
• Maintain shared database of project descriptions and related material.
• Maintain shared database of company licenses, insurance, awards, and other pertinent proposal related information.
• Maintain shared database of submitted (or cancelled) proposal packets.
