This position drives the relationships betweennew residents, leads, and sales effort at the individual community level toensure maximum bed occupancy through on-going lead creation and development andtargeted outreach efforts.

Move-ins (admissions)

Proactively develop and cultivate potentialresident leads through referral sources, community outreach and advertising inpartnership with corporate marketing staff.

Maintain up-to-date industry and technicalknowledge affecting the target audience and lead base.

Utilize technology solutions to track and reportall lead cultivation and sales activity in a timely manner.

MARKETING

Partner with the corporate marketing team toidentify the target audience and value-added public relations and advertisinginitiatives to increase outreach, including personal stories and local tradepublications.

Pursue opportunities to educate variousaudiences, including civic groups, municipalities, medical personnel, and thegeneral public on senior living topics relevant to our industry.

LEADERSHIP

Serve as a member of the individual communitymanagement team, under the leadership of the executive director, to ensure theCompany's guiding principles are upheld and the community objectives areconsistently met and exceeded.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

Three years of progressive experience in a salesor account representative role within a service industry 

Two (2) years ofexperience working with and presenting to audiences of all sizes and demographics

A bachelor's degree in business or relateddiscipline, or a combination of education and progressive sales experience

PHYSICAL WORKING REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel using personal vehicle,including at night

Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50lbs

Able to work flexible schedule, includingevenings and/or weekends

Team member is subject to outside environmentconditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, within protection fromweather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
