Guests in The Madison Concourse Hotel's beautiful and newly renovated Governor's Club Lounge enjoy complimentary breakfast, top-shelf cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts in the private lounge with a breathtaking view of the State Capitol. As a Governor's Club Lounge Attendant, you play a part in making this a great Madison experience for our guests! We're looking for a true people-person with knowledge of Madison to give our guests recommendations for food, fun, and other things to do while in our wonderful city.

This is a full time, evening position with the typical hours of 6am-11am or 4:00pm-11:00pm including weekends/holidays. Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Some of the things you'll be in charge of:

• Setting up and taking down food from the buffet table
• Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the Governor's Club Lounge
• Assisting guests with any questions they have about the hotel or surrounding area
• Acting as a concierge to make recommendations for things to do and see around Madison
• Other duties as assigned

Previous hotel or related experience is preferred, but a customer service background is required.

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug-free workplace.
