What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Technical Account Manager position at Madhive?
As an Associate Technical Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to help the Technical Operations Team solve problems for Madhive’s customers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a technical operations environment and help strengthen Madhive’s customer relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Help manage inbound client support queue, take on tickets as assigned by senior level staff
- Assist in triaging tickets and solving technical client issues
- Positioned strategically between the business and technology organizations, Associate TAMs will help identify gaps in current processes/develop new processes, work cross-functionally to promote knowledge sharing and team synergy
- Assist in the documentation process on issues and client resolutions the team is involved in to better serve them in the future
- Help build and improve product documentation as well as deliver live or recorded product training for internal and external partners
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Engineering, Computer Science or related field is desired
- 1-2 years of digital advertising industry experience in a support capacity is desired
- Third party measurement tools experience preferred
- Experience with a ticketing system; Zendesk a plus, or other similar software
- SQL skills are preferred to merge tables and query databases
- BigQuery experience is highly desired
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is a huge plus
- Previous experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Previous experience at a DSP or SSP is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly on the job and pivot between multiple priorities
The approximate compensation range is $70,000 to $90,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
