We design, sell and distribute luxury home décor to interior designers as well as boutique/luxury retailers globally. The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials); Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories); Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Thucassi (artisanal candles and fragrances).

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee timely Administrative support to company departments and programs. This role is responsible for communicating and collaborating with department managers to ensure that the staff is working productively to meet deadlines and performance standards.

Responsibilities

· Support company operations by supervising administrative staff

· Maintain office efficiencies by planning and implementing administrative support protocols

· Create and follow procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of relevant company operations records

· Meet operational deadlines by scheduling and assigning work to staff, with follow up on output and productivity

· Coordinate and manage conference room scheduling calendars

· Oversee the business guest reception experience

· Monitor and order office supplies as needed

· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related work results as needed

Bulk Mailing

· Generate and maintain mailing lists for all wholesale brands, including email and physical addresses

· Manage bulk mail processing for all wholesale brands, as completed by the administrative staff

· Process bulk mail reports on a regular basis – either weekly or bi-weekly

· Audit customer account info on a quarterly basis and remove duplicated information

Website Support

· Manage the customer log process for the Made Goods website

· Troubleshoot and respond to customer issues encountered with the company websites - through resetting passwords, deleting and recreating accounts

Sales Support

· Complete new sales rep setup and updates

· Arrange for collateral materials to be sent to sales reps, including but not limited to samples, kits, catalogs, pricelists, etc.)

· Distribute new sample orders for product line reps on a semi-annual basis

· Gather sales data as requested into appropriate reporting formats for sales team reference

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree a plus

· Previous supervisory experience

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an office/administrative setting

· Availability to travel at least twice a year – to support High Point Market events, up to 6 weeks in total per year

· Strong ability to multi-task

· Demonstrated leadership skills with strong organizational abilities

· Intermediate to advanced MS Office software skills

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Comfort level with presenting in large group settings
