Mad City Windows and Baths is Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator (In-Office) Near Madison, WI

Overview

Mad City Windows and Baths is hiring for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Installation Scheduling team in Madison, WI. Starting base pay is between $19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience. If you have a strong attention to detail and are great at multi-tasking, you don't want to miss out on joining one of the fastest growing remodeling companies in the United States!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule installations with homeowners and crews
  • Reschedule appointments
  • Address customer requests
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with projects
  • Measure progress and quality of projects
  • Help track and manage service requests or service visits
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in-office
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous scheduling or administrative experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
