Mad City Windows and Baths is Hiring a Sales Development Representative (in office) Near Madison, WI

Overview

Mad City Windows and Baths is hiring immediately for Sales Development Representatives to join our call center team in Madison, WI.

Earning potential up to $45/hr!

This position is located in Madison, WI and candidates must be able to work onsite. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Call upon strong/warm pre-generated leads 
  • Earn unlimited bonuses by setting appointments for our sales teams
  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives 
  • Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team 
  • Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels; including both outbound and inbound calls 
  • Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Experience doing outbound and inbound calls in a call center or inside sales role 
  • Providing customers an amazing experience over the phone 
  • Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail 
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality 
  • High energy and willingness to learn
