Mad City Windows and Baths is adding a Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Madison, WI! The main duties include:

• Maintain database by entering data daily
• Provide excellent customer phone support
• Process customer payments
• Verify customer data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
• Assist with other finance duties, as necessary
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years data entry experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters and customer information
• Excellent bookkeeping and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective corporate communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to consistently meet deadlines
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
