What You’ll Do:
- Monitors Coupa platform daily
- Create Purchase Orders in Coupa and monitor platform for all territories
- Monitor spreadsheets for insurance renewals
- Correspond via email with scheduling department and all territory offices
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Detail oriented within a fast-paced environment
- Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
- Gathering and analyzing data
- Team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
