Macy’s Media Network is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our growing team. The Account Management Specialist will be the primary relationship manager and thought partner coordinating the development of strategic advertising plans with our clients and internal teams. The Account Management Specialist will spearhead the end-to-end client relationship from coordinating the Sales proposal with the Sales team and helping to gather the required information to help the Ad Ops team execute the campaign. The Specialist will be the point person for ongoing client communication from contract signing through launch, campaign optimization and post-campaign reporting (working closely with the Analytics team). The Specialist will look for ways to improve the client relationship and look for new opportunities to grow the account with MMN. This is a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment (brand new offering in the market, small and nimble team) with the resources, organizational support and existing vendor relationships of an industry leader.
