Job Overview:
The Analytics Team enables and empowers the macys.com organization with analytic insight to support planning, tactical execution and optimization of the customer experience. The Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the Product Management, User Experience, & Technology teams with reporting and analysis. This position is instrumental in developing and delivering business intelligence and presenting actionable reporting and analysis to support decision makers. This analyst supports Macys.com’s A/B and multivariate testing programs by designing and analyzing experiments in collaboration with both internal clients such as Marketing and Merchandising as well as technology partners. You need to be able to multi-task through stages of multiple projects and be able to deliver quality insights and impactful recommendations on a regular basis to drive business decisions and business growth. Perform other duties as assigned.
