Position Summary:
Manages MacroHealth’s full-cycle recruitment processes to align with company strategic plans, help shape and define company culture and positively contribute to our external reputation. Leads talent acquisition activities across various teams and uses multiple strategies to help bring the best possible talent onboard. Communicates with hiring managers across the company to help understand their needs and initiates all steps of the recruitment process from sourcing and first contact to extending job offers. Maintains positive relationships between MacroHealth and external sourcing vendors and nurtures trusting relationships with potential hires. Demonstrates teamwork and contributes to a positive work culture.
Key relationships:
Reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, works closely hiring managers, the Recruiting & Office Coordinator, external sourcing vendors, potential candidates.
Key Accountabilities:
Plans talent acquisition activities to support the company’s growth plan
Works with CHRO to plan sourcing and recruitment activities to ensure that all talent acquisition activities support company growth plans;
Creates strong talent pipelines for the organization’s current and future hiring needs;
Spearheads new recruitment initiatives and contributes to company branding to market MacroHealth as a great place to work.
Sources Candidates
Sources potential (passive and active) candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Identifies selection criteria and manages job postings across multiple outlets;
Commits to supporting workplace diversity and ensures that hiring initiatives reflect a focus on diversity and inclusion;
Organizes company participation in various recruitment events;
Coordinates and builds trusted relationships with hiring managers recruiting partners and sourcing agencies.
Manages the recruitment process
Manages the end to end recruitment experience to ensure an exceptional candidate experience;
Provides guidance on the recruiting process and ensures compliance with all relevant legislation;
Determines applicant requirements by studying job postings and confirming criteria with hiring managers;
Pre-screens candidates to ensure mutual fit in terms of culture, relevant experience, and salary expectations;
Arranges interviews with relevant hiring managers and panel members;
Maintains the Applicant Tracking System and keeps candidates informed throughout the recruitment process;
Monitors job offers and compensation competitiveness and practices – gives feedback to CHRO and hiring managers.
Contributes to candidate reference checks and onboarding activities.

Required Education and Experience:
BS/BA degree or equivalent;
Professional HR experience, possessing familiarity with relevant employment law;
In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (certifications, industry specific experience, etc.)
Familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Teams
Experience with HRIS, ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing sites and tools
