Responsibilities/Qualifications
Advantage Staffing is seeking caregivers to become part of our team. With a minimum rate of $17 and optional premiums of up to $2 per hour we would like to help build a custom career plan for you. We have positions available working at multiple senior living facilities around Macomb, based on your availability. This is a perfect position for the experienced staff who want a flexible schedule to work around their life style. We offer a single point of contact with our staff and a personable acceptance process. At least one year of experience working in a senior living facility is a requirement.
The job responsibilities could include:
- Assisting with ADL’s
- Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
- Answering call lights and responding to needs
- Collaborate with staff on changes in residents’ condition

The requirements are:
- Working in a senior living facility as a caregiver for at least one year
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- At least 18 years old
- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Reliability and on time for each shift
A CNA license is not required
