About You: As the Maintenance Technician I, you are part of Best People. You will work with other maintenance personnel utilizing our Best Systems, to complete project work including fabrication, installation, welding, grinding, painting, using hand tools and power tools, etc. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you seek opportunities to learn and grow your skillset. Necessary Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks. Necessary Experience: Previous experience welding, grinding, painting required. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to perform work safely both indoors and outdoors. Ability to work weekends.
