Job Description Summary:

Currently seeking an IT Professional with experiences in development of professional solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. This position requires skills and knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online to migrate and transform existing functionality with the MS Power Platform and future development of new business solutions leveraging MS Power Platform.

Job Duties/Qualifications
The role of the Mid-LevelPower Platform Developer is to work on a development team and choose an appropriate, yet challenging, development task from a backlog to work independently to resolve many small to medium encountered obstacles to deliver quality output on a timely basis. A mid-level developer should be able to provide reasonable estimates on the hours it should take to perform a well requirement defined task at hand as this shows proficiency in the skillset regarding the Power Platform. A common task of a mid-level developer would be to design a UI screen and or Power Automate workflow and coordinate with other developers and Senior Power Platform Architect to tie the designed components together. Additionally, the mid-level developer should perform unit testing of all developed work and participate in peer reviews of developed code by others.
The Mid-level Power Platform developer selected candidate should be acquainted with the native SharePoint environment and best align to the following qualifications as follows:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tenant environments and management of environments.
• Professional experience using Power Automate (2 )
• Knowledge of SharePoint native objects and permissions (lists/views/web parts) (2 years)
• Experience with Power Automate/Canvas Apps (4 years combined between Power Automate/Canvas)
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service (0.5 years)
• Good Communication both verbal and written
• Agile Methodologies/Scrum/Team mentality 
• Familiarity with JIRA

Additional Requirements as per contract/client:

• Ability to obtain and maintain public trust security clearance

• Must be a US Citizen

Nice to have qualifications, but not required:

• A prior history of using Power Automate in other SharePoint Environments. (1.5 years)
• Knowledge of SharePoint Administration
• Experience with PowerShell scripting re/SharePoint
• Other components of the MS Power Platform
• Deploying applications in a controlled coding pipeline discipline (DEV/TEST/PROD)
• Interfacing with APIs and other systems
