Job Description:

Currently seeking an IT Professional with experiences in development of professional solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. This position requires skills and knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online to migrate and transform existing functionality with the MS Power Platform and future development of new business solutions leveraging MS Power Platform. Intermediate falls between a mid-level and senior-level role.

Job Duties/Qualifications:

The role of the Intermediate Power Platform Developer/Architect is to plan the coding, implementation, and code design at a high level to facilitate the orchestration of work in a multi-developer environment, perform aspects of coding, and foresee and communicate any long-term capabilities or obstacles. The Intermediate Power Platform Developer/Architect works on and with the development team and should be able to troubleshoot more complicated obstacles as they arise, the development of less common work items, the development of common/repeatable work task items, and openly provide support and assistance to other developers as time allows. The Architect should have complete understanding of the data model, design of the data design implementation, and flow of this data through the system. Additionally, this selected candidate should be a great communicator in describing solutions, obstacles, and ideal outcomes of scenarios to others both written and verbally.

As the MS Power Platform was initially released in 2018, a combined experience in Power Platform in addition to legacy SharePoint environments will be used to define a Intermediate Power Platform Developer/Architect and should best align to the following qualifications: 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• A history of using Microsoft Power Automate to develop complex workflows with cloud/on-premises SharePoint Environments, or with other on-premises/cloud applications. (3 years)
• Substantial experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate. (6 years combined between Power Automate/Power Apps)
• DocuSign experience to facilitate document routing and signature. (2 years)
• Substantial experience using pre-built Microsoft connectors to interface with other systems (on-premises data gateway, DocuSign, ServiceNow, etc.) (2 years)
• Interfacing with APIs and other systems (3 years)
• Deploying applications in a controlled coding pipeline discipline (DEV/TEST/PROD) 
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service (1.5 )
• Understanding licensing in a Microsoft Tenant regarding Power Platform/SharePoint
• Great Communication both verbal and written
• Agile Methodologies/Scrum/ Team mentality
• Familiarity with JIRA

Additional Requirements as per contract/client:

• Ability to obtain and maintain public trust security clearance

• Must be a US Citizen

Nice to have qualifications, but not required:

• Experience with SharePoint Administration
• Experience with PowerShell scripting regarding SharePoint
• Knowledge of Graph API
• Other components of the MS Power Platform
• Developing Sandbox solutions in on-prem Share Point environments using Visual Studio
