You’ll Get To: Own the development of sales forecasts, models and analytical tools at multiple levels of aggregation as part of a sales planning and insights function. (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually). Lead in cross-functional data analytics efforts to tap into underlying data, align on metrics, and generate insights to develop valuable, highly effective recommendations, telling the story with data. Develop and communicate model driven analysis/solutions that drive sales strategies for our Sales and Marketing teams. Review and analyze quantitative historical data, sales trends, research demand drivers with cross functional partners. Prepare forecast data, implement statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. Develop and publish metrics/scorecards/core indicators based on business needs and recommend solutions. Analyze and report on sales performance across a range of channels, geographies, industries, and product lines. Using client claims analysis or benchmark data, develop and present value analysis to prospects and clients. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: 5 years proven experience in quantitative and analytical roles focused on business, sales, or marketing analytics, turning data into insights and recommendations. 3 years proven success building compelling presentations from data that summarizes insights. Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional departments to influence and drive business efficiency with data. Highly proficient in SQL and developing sophisticated data models in Excel. Experience with a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Power BI). Experience tracking and reporting sales, funnel, and customer retention metrics. Experience with statistical analysis. Experience with Python or R, a plus.
