IT Support Analyst II: Lyon College seeks a full-time IT Support Analyst II. The Support Analyst provides tier 3 support to all Lyon College constituencies, supporting campus-owned endpoints (Including Windows and Apple devices), as well as campus software (Including Microsoft Office, Google Apps for education, etc.) The analyst also manages a staff of Student Interns who provide tier 1 technical support.

Duties include: Answering support requests. Managing equipment inventories. Drafting and maintaining user training materials. Installing and configuring end user equipment. Supporting classroom A/V technology. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical innovations, trends, and best practices. Makes recommendations for new software and/or hardware.

Candidates should have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple endpoints and software. Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field preferred. 
• Previous experience managing endpoints; experience using Microsoft SCCM preferred.
• Must have two or more years of experience in relevant areas.
