IT Support Analyst I: Lyon College seeks a full-time IT Support Analyst I. The Support Analyst provides tier 2 support to all Lyon College constituencies, supporting campus-owned endpoints (Including Windows and Apple devices), as well as campus software (Including Microsoft Office, Google Apps for education, etc.)

Duties include: Answering support requests. Installing and configuring end user equipment. Supporting classroom A/V technology. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical innovations, trends, and best practices. Makes recommendations for new software and/or hardware.

Candidates should have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple endpoints and software. Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field preferred. 
• Must have one or more years of experience in relevant areas.
