Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 /hour OT

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the administration department in various operational functions. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to administrative and clerical support, customer support, assist accounts payable and accounts receivable, support the sales team, the dispatch department, and the controller.

Working Conditions:

  • Some accounting knowledge desired with training and guidance provided
  • Team oriented, fun environment
  • Retail sales location, including a warehouse and 5 acre yard of garden materials

Work Hours:

  • 8 hour shifts
  • Normal work schedule Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

· Excellent customer service

· Multi-task, self-motivated, attention to detail, work well under pressure

· Good computer skills in the following programs:

o Excel

o Word

o Outlook

· Strong typing kills.

· 2 Year College degree or 1 to 2 years of work-related experience

· Accounting knowledge/experience - preferred

Language:

  • English (Fluent)
  • Spanish (Preferred)
