About: The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is looking for a part time receptionist to join our fun and caring team! With ideal hours of 8am-4:30pm, this could be a perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Welcome guests
- Assist guests with various inquiries
- Direct questions to correct departments
- Give guests and residents direction
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task different responsibilities
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
