Requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer phone calls
• Handles deposits and CODs
• Process and sort mail (outgoing and incoming)
• Keeps a log of Dealer Plates
• Maintains I-pass retention and logs
• Holds car wash keys
• Keeps credit card log
• Reimbursements
• Customer appreciation letters
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by General Manager
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Office Manager
• All other duties as assigned

• Flexible & organized
• Able to work independently
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience preferred but not necessary
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
• Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
