Luye Pharma USA, Ltd. is Hiring a Finance Manager Near Woburn, MA
- Manage period end closing process and prepare financial report package for each local entity
- Perform variance analysis to help management track business performance
- Lead the annual financial budget process as well as short- and long-term business forecast
- Work with outside CPA firm on company tax compliance and government filing obligation
- Lead and participate internal and external audits, coordinate with other departments to fulfill the requests from the auditors
- Establish and maintain Accounting and Finance Policies and Procedures
- Oversight of AR and AP, supervise one AP Specialist
- Work closely with cross functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting Management role
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance required, Master’s degree, or CPA preferred
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry preferred
- Strong accounting systems (QBO, Bill.com or Intacct) and Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with others as well as independently
- Fluency in English and Chinese both written and oral mandatory
