Lutèce is a service-driven neo bistro located in Georgetown, and is a collaboration between family-owned restaurateurs, The Popal Group, and award-winning chefs Isabel Coss and Matt Conroy. We focus on natural wines and modern french food that is reflective of the seasons. We are a small restaurant, and aim to be the 'neighborhood' place that is sought out by locals and world travelers alike.

Your Role:

As our CDC, you’ll be the right hand to our Executive Chefs, helping to manage the kitchen operations, leading our team, and ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in menu planning and development.
  • Overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Controlling labor and food costs
  • Mentoring and developing kitchen staff
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CDC, Executive Sous Chef or similar role.
  • 3 years of experience working in restaurant kitchens.
  • Passion for food and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
