LumiraDx UK Ltd is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator Near Remote, MA

The Customer Service Administrator is a key customer-facing team member who will own LumiraDx’s order, shipment, and return processes to ensure customer satisfaction. They will build customer relationships through onboarding, ensuring a positive customer experience through pre and post sales. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Customer Service Administrator is an individual contributor role with a high-level of interaction with other functions within LumiraDx who will be responsible for handling customer needs within the assigned territories; leading the onboarding of new customers.

Essential experience: B2B 3 years Customer Service experience or inside sales in medical products. Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite.

Essential qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation. Must be organized with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of order, shipment, and return workflows
  • Maintains CRM data for potential and current customers.
  • Assist customers/channel partners with inquiries of problems surrounding orders, invoicing, product quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of products, customer pricing and/or billing problems.
  • New customer implementation and onboarding
