Lumina Solar is looking for a finance leader to join our growing team! Our company has experienced fast growth over the past few years and we are in need of a CFO to help us get to the next level.

We are interested in applicants who have help VP of Finance positions or previous CFO roles.

CFO/Finance leaders must have the following skills and experience:

• Worked w/ inventory, ideally developed or upgraded system
• Worked w/ hourly production employees
• Raised debt/equity before
• Fast Learner: example of new skill learned over 1-2 years
• $40-$150M Revenue experience
• 2X annual growth experience
• Worked at profitable company
• Past forecast hit rate and explanation of process/how
• Operational efficiency initiatives examples
• Examples of growing while cost cutting
• Launched new accounting or ERP system
• Balance sheet management chops w/ examples
• Operations experience managing teams (must have examples)
• Working capital projection modeling in high growth framework
• Location growth budgeting and planning
• Cost of capital modeling
• Audit preparation experience
• Master of blind spots w/ examples
• Deep financial analysis
• Strong Leader: High Performance & Great Team Environment

This position is based out of our Halethorpe/Baltimore office with some remote work flexibility after 90 days.
