IT Administrator

As our IT Support Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining, maturing and developing our internal IT functions that enable new and current Luma employees to perform their best work.

What YOU will do at Luma Health

  • Provide world-class IT Support to support a smooth technology experience for our users
  • Partner with our Operations team to run new hire onboarding activities
  • Manage inventory, ensuring we have what we need on hand
  • Work to improve and promote the use of self-help materials for our users
  • Keeping up to date with advancement and best practices in IT administration
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet Luma objectives
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems

Who You Are

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting a MacOS heavy environment
  • Experience supporting a 100% remote workforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to any audience
  • Experience writing high quality documentation
  • Familiarity and experience with SaaS tools
