About This Team
Global Fulfillment (GF) is responsible for all physical product movements from the shipping dock of factories to our store or guests, including distribution, logistics, trade compliance and engineering. The team completes this objective while scaling for growth and achieving targeted performance, including service, costs and employee safety.
The North American (NA) Infrastructure Program team oversees all strategic initiative in both Canada and the United States Distribution Centers. The initiatives are typically a blend of physical infrastructure with technical components. The team is responsible for leading initiatives through the planning, execution, delivery, and supporting phases, with the ultimate directive to complete initiatives on time and on budget while following PMO standards.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

- Manage a large high-complexity program or multiple concurrent projects within the Global Fulfillment Distribution portfolio and partner with PMO leadership and Distribution Leadership to build detailed project plans, facilitate charter creation, including integration touch points, dependencies, and sequencing
- Monitor program and project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics
- Actively manage, and provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the program scope and component workstreams
- Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the program
- Manage the tracking of program budget, change requests, and intake management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to drive productivity, reduce costs, better leverage resources, and increase operational efficiency
- Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
- Work with internal stakeholders to create program and project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans
- Build and efficiently communicate program status
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required; MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, program management, or a similar field
- Established history of managing multiple projects simultaneously with progression into program management
- End to end program life cycle experience on large cross functional initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with dotted line management responsibility
- Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
- Experience with managing large project, program, or portfolio budgets
- Experience Apparel/Footwear industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Project
- High-level management and leadership skills
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Risk management
- Written and verbal communication skills
- PMP or other project and program related certifications a plusEnter
