The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for any aspects of the day-to-day shift operations assigned by the AGM/GM, while focusing on guest experience and support of the venue team. Ensures all Lucky Strike standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. Maintains personal integrity by abiding to and supporting Lucky Strike's Mission Statement and Core Values principals through leadership, positive attitude and with joyful energy.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Hourly Supervisor’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

People

  • Adheres to and maintains Lucky Strike’s training procedures and standards
  • Directly supervises FOH hourly employees while on the floor
  • Ensures that all team members are successfully trained
  • Ensures a positive and creative work environment for all team members
  • Provides coordination (direction, motivation and coaching) to ensure proper levels of service are provided to guests
  • Ensures impeccable guest experience and satisfaction
  • Communicates any potential guest service issues to management with a sense of urgency
  • Ensures that all product meets Lucky Strike high quality standards and guest expectations
  • Enforces responsible alcohol service management and practices

  • Maintains positive and professional working relationships
  • Demonstrates good judgment/analysis/decisiveness
  • Clearly and concisely communicates (written/verbal); follows up on pending items
  • Demonstrates continued development of self and team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in the Hospitality and/or Customer Service industry
  • Equivalent combination of the education and experience
  • Technologically and computer savvy
