You will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies and procedures. You will also handle our day-to-day global benefits and compensation management.To be successful as a Total Rewards Manager, you should be able to develop competitive and cost-efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent. An ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading compensation and benefits programs, has excellent decision-making skills, is detail-oriented and has experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
