Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this role is to support the business structure of an organization by collaborating with operations management and our HR shared services. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with detail, vigor and determination. This position is for second shift, 5pm to 4am.This individual will support the organization, attain its strategic goals and business objectives through the delivery of built-for-purpose human resources services. They will partner with operations leaders on organizational plans, people and performance. This individual will also lead and function as an HR Generalist, directing and/or performing various assignments in one or more of the following functional areas: compensation, benefits, labor relations, learning, employee development, staffing, diversity and compliance. req 8132At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
